Why verify?

Irish Law Requires Registration for Most Electrical Work

Under Irish regulations, works including new wiring, consumer unit replacement, and fault-finding must be carried out by a RECI-registered electrical contractor. Hiring an unregistered person puts your home insurance and compliance at risk.

On completion, your electrician must issue an Electrical Installation Completion Certificate (EICC). If they cannot provide one, that is a strong signal they are not properly registered.
